Home Renovation Services in Toronto and the GTA

Most renovation companies in Toronto hire the work out. They win the job, then bring in whoever is free that week. That is when dates slip, and that is why the quality changes from one room to the next.

We work another way. The trades on your job are our own staff. Your project manager is a licensed architect who draws the plans, files the permits, and stands on site while the work is built.

Our home addition process

01

Home visit

We come to your home, look at the space, and listen to what you want. You get a clear plan and an honest answer about what is possible.

02

Pricing and design

Our architect draws your design and we set a fixed price in writing. Nothing moves forward until you are happy with both.

03

Permits

If your project needs a permit, we prepare the drawings and file them with the city. You do not deal with the paperwork.

04

Construction

Our own trades build the job, and we book every inspection along the way. We finish with a walkthrough and a written warranty.
