How much does a condo renovation cost in Toronto?
These are planning ranges, not quotes. We give you a fixed price after we see the unit.
Full condo - $200 to $350 per sq ft
Powder room - $6,000 to $12,000
Full bathroom - $12,000 – $30,000
Kitchen - $20,000 – $60,000
What moves the price: the size of the unit, whether walls or plumbing move, what your building's rules require, the condition of what is behind the walls, and the finishes you choose.

If your project needs a permit, we prepare the drawings and file them with the city. You do not deal with the paperwork.
