Consultation
We come to your home, walk the property, and talk about what you need the extra space for.

Design & Permits
Our in-house team handles everything. We give you a written scope, schedule, and design. We apply for your permit, and start building once your plan is approved.

Construction
We build the foundation and structure first. Then licensed trades take care of framing, plumbing, and electrical. We handle every inspection and protect the rest of your home while we work.

Final walkthrough
We walk through the finished addition with you, clean everything up, and back the work with a warranty of at least 2 years.
